Erhai holds an EMBA from Tsinghua University; a Master’s degree in Global Finance and an MBA from Fordham University; a Master's degree in Psychology from Peking University; a Master's degree in Communication and Information System from Xidian University; and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering from Guilin University of Electronic Technology.

Kevin focuses on early-stage investments in the sectors of internet and innovative consumption where he has accumulated rich experience and achieved great performance.

Kevin’s notable investments include: iDreamSky (NASDAQ: DSKY), Nice Tuan, HelloGloble, Tuhu, Xiaozhu, MyDreamPlus, Mobi, Blueglass, nolo VR, and MissZero. These companies have become leaders in their respective industries.

Kevin was named as one of the “Top 40 Investors Under 40” by Cyzone.cn in 2015-2017 and 2019. 

From 2011 to 2015, Kevin worked as an Investment Director at the TMT team of Legend Capital. From 2008 to 2011, Kevin worked at Scientific Games China as Product Director and Senior BD/operations Manager. He also participated in establishing a wholly-owned subsidiary and three joint ventures of the company. Before that, Kevin spent three years, 2005 to 2008, at Oracle China and played key roles in its Government & Business Development Department. Kevin also worked in the Audit & Assurance team at Deloitte China from 2004 to 2005.

Kevin holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business; a Master’s degree (Distinction) in Financial Management and Control from Aston Business School; and a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Marketing from Luton University.

Mi focuses on investments in high-tech, enterprise services and consumer internet sectors in China and U.S., and has developed deep understanding and gathered rich experience in early-stage investments in technology enabled startups.

Mi’s notable investments include: Wish (NASDAQ:WISH), North Ocean Photonics, Lemon Photonics, Innovusion, Nice Living, Shopex, Roadefend, Xinshang, Max Outdoors, and ZEPP. 

From 2012 to 2015, Mi worked as an Investment Director at Legend Capital. From 2010 to 2012, Mi was a Senior Strategy Consultant at McKinsey & Company, focusing on technology practices. From 2003 to 2008, Mi worked at Siemens Communications when he was a Senior Product Director in charge of the full 3G-TD E2E product line from base stations to handsets. He led product development from prototype through commercialization. Mi also founded a startup in online enterprise software.

Mi holds an MBA from Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania; and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Precision Instrument Engineering from Tsinghua University.

Leenong has more than 30 years of experience in private capital and works closely with investor in the U.S., China and Asia. He has served as advisory board members in eight China venture and Asia PE funds.

From 2010 to 2015, Leenong was a Managing Director and the Beijing Chief Representative of Commonfund Capital, where he led Asian investments and co-led the global emerging market fund of fund. He led investment commitments to 26 funds of 15 fund managers.

From 2004 to 2009, Leenong was a Managing Director of Jerusalem Venture Partners in Shanghai, and a Partner of China Broadband Capital in Beijing. From 1996 to 2003, Leenong founded Shenzhen Prosperity Systems, the first online stock trading platform company in China. Leenong also performed various technology and management roles at two venture-backed startups in Silicon Valley from 1987 to 1996, both IPO’ed on NASDAQ.

Leenong holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University; and a Bachelor's degree in Automation from South China University of Technology.

Angela joined Joy Capital as CFO in 2015 and is in charge of Joy Capital’s operations, financial management and risk and compliance.

Angela brings 18 years of proven experience in financial operations and fund accounting management for venture capital and private equity firms in China. Prior to joining Joy Capital, Angela worked at ICBC International RT Capital from 2012 to 2015 and Legend Capital from 2002 to 2012.

Angela holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Peking University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Beijing Jiaotong University.
